Accepted order, 4 weeks later was still waiting, only to be told they had lost the original order. A "replacement" order was arranged. 1 week later told it was out of stock. Asked to choose an alternative. Alternative was out of stock 2 days later. Waste of time dealing with this company.

I was very pleased with the service, the parcel arrived on Friday. I am also very pleased with the 'Rubber step mats' they look great! They arrived in the time stated in the E-mail. It would have good if I had an e-mail just to let me know what day it would arrive, or some tracking I just caught the delivery person, I was just going out. I would have given it 5#.I would use again.

Mat came well packaged and flat. Spikes fit well into new berber corded carpet. Matt hasn't moved since put in place and is completely flat. Excellent product and well worth the money.

This floor mat is exactly what I want, because of the carpet grips it doesn't slide all over the carpet like others I have tried. Excellent product at a good price.

I ordered an item and subsequently received an email saying this item was not in stock. Despite this I was still charged for the item. I have since sent two emails requesting a refund and have had no reply (over a week at this point), and made several calls but end up on hold for a long time before it finally cuts off. I would never order from this company again. It may be fine when the order goes through easily, but from this experience when things have gone wrong I am out of pocket for an order they could not fulfil.
