Easy and mostly pleasant dealings with the staff. Been insured now for several years with GJW and had no issues to date. Have one boat insured at present but expecting to sign up a second later this year

It is good to be able acces my insurance policies via the Internet, but there is a person at the end of a phone you can talk to. Also there are no long waits for someone to talk to.

Very kind people at a time when we were very stressed and upset. Paid our policy very fairly . Was able to speak to a real person rather than email and messaging. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
