GJW Direct I have renewed with them It helps with mooring fee's and works with premier marina. Fortunately I have had not needed to make a claim so can't comment on that. I have asked for up grade on value due to new engine ect. This they said was put on the system. It is nice to be able to speak to someone. This for me is a Big plus Thank you.

Like any insurance company all’s well until you need to make a claim. We’re very happy with GJW for insuring our houseboat and day boat. Good communication. Not had to make any claims though.

Fortunately no problems this year.

Honest and straightforward With good value compared with others

I've been with GJW for over 20 years, and in that time they have been reliable, dealt with any queries quickly and have been cost-effective. They also dealt well with a claim arising in France, about 10 years ago.

Found GJW competitive and easy to renew online. So far I have not needed to make any claims so can't review any claims experience.
