I had problems with the postcards I ordered, a lot of them had marks (scratches/scraps/lamination marks) and some sort of ink transfer from the photo to the blank side of the photo. I was reprinted another 100 for free which were similar but I managed to get enough out of the two batches. They did bend over backwards to ensure I had the reprints in time though. I was nervous to order business cards after that but those and the stickers are great. I love them! Not too happy with the number of plastic cases used in the packaging of the business cards as I thought they were a bit more eco-friendly. I will ask if they can reuse them for my next order though. Amazing quality for the price and nice to deal with on the phone. Quick to respond to e-mails.

BrunelOne were fine it was DPD delivery who let us down but a little but got delivery day later just in time for mailout - so happy with Brunelone service and quality of work just delivery company let them down
