re- ordered same cards with just a …

I re- ordered same cards with just a change of address and the colour scheme/ paper quality is changed. Why ? I couldn't get an answer. Well the gentleman whom i spoke / addressed the issue acknowledged the problem and got them re printed for me at no extra cost. Guess what they are still in wrong color ? AGAIN !!! I really am Surprised why is it so hard to use the exact colour what I requested? If you cannot just say it why waste your paper/ resources and my time ? Well i was going to order some more stationery but i guess i got lucky not to go head!!! Hope they rectify the issue and ensure other customers don't have to ho through this hassel.

Wonderful, ethical, affordable

An absolutely wonderful ethical company. Never had to skimp on quality or pay over the odds for recycled, carbon neutral printing. Amazing! Quite sad to see payment by Bristol Pounds go though, that was the cherry on the cake. Nevertheless, it's still great cake!

Very satisfied, good customer service and quick response time for my order. A little disappointed that some of my business cards weren't quite cut to the proper margin, when others were.

I done two types of business cards and …

I done two types of business cards and with upgraded 'free' cards was problem with setting up edges. On the preview, before printing all is ok but after you could see 2 mm white line on the edge. I ordered as well more expensive, laminated business cards and quality was really good and picture was set right, the same like in preview.
