Used them for the first time for our wedding invitation booklets. Really pleased with the end products and quality of print . Pleased that they offered a6 landscape booklets .

Service: I ordered two mugs using the online 'upload your artwork' section. It took a bit of guesswork to get the artwork placement right (I wanted an image to print on the front and back of the mug) but the print placement turned out well. BrunelOne delivered very promptly, well packed. Great service - would use again Product: I ordered two mugs with a black and white artwork, and matt finish. The print quality is great. I've had them a month now, so they've been through the dishwasher plenty of times, and no signs of fading or wear yet. Would definitely recommend/use again. Thanks!
Good quality product
The communication was a bit slow which may be due to the current pandemic. I ordered some flyers and they are great, teh quality is better than I imagined and will defintely use the service again. The price was also fair, very good value for money.

I was disappointed when I received the…
I was disappointed when I received the notebooks and postcards from Brunelone. They featured my painting of a sun goddess and had come out a very red colour, far different from on my screen. Unfortunately the red tone has made her look sunburnt and I won’t be able to sell these as planned. In Brunelone’s defence the files had been received as RGB. I had thought I’d sent them through as CMYK as had saved them as so in Affinity Designer, however it seems AD doesn’t like that format and somewhere along the way they were converted to RGB. So whilst I understand they’d received the format not suggested, I feel like a bit of communication to let me know it wasn’t the right format before they printed them would of been very welcome. I don’t think the quality of the notebook and postcard feel the best quality for art products either. The cover feels very plasticy and the overall notebook is flimsy and floppy. Would probably be well suited to businesses who just want to get their business name out and about, however I wouldn’t feel that the quality is up to scratch for selling arty notebooks.
