The quality of print was actually much better than last time and you seem to have new notebooks, which are smaller and thinner, but still seem good quality. Dropped a star because (for te second time) when I went to go collect at 5:30, you were shut, dispute telling me you were open until 7:00pm. This was rectified by being delivered the next day, yet I was told this would be in the morning but wasn't until the afternoon. It was great customer service on their part, but meant I was behind on my orders and stock.

DO NOT USE BRUNEL ONE

Absolutely terrible service and I would strongly advise you never use Brunel One and find a different supplier. I've used Brunel One for a number of years and had the odd issue with damaged stock or incorrect items sent but it's always been resolved pretty quickly. However this time over 75% of the notepads I ordered were horrendously damaged so I got in touch and asked for them to be replaced and spent the following 2 months either being ignored or made to jump through hoops taking photos, then sending the damaged notepads back and then saying they'll pick up the damaged notepads then not turning up. It then ended with them saying that because they were damaged in transit it was my problem as I accepted the delivery which is not the case as my contract was with them to provide the goods not with the courier. They even believe it is acceptable for me to make a delivery driver wait while I inspect an entire palette's worth of notepads for damage before they leave which is ridiculous. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it is a retailers responsibility to ensure all products are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described and these were definitely not. DO NOT EVER ORDER WITH BRUNEL ONE!

Not the best customer service

Not the best customer service. Printed card the wrong size initially which is obv not good service. No problem with reprinting but then pretty poor communication regarding completion. I still needed to contact them to find out what was happening, they were not sure what had happened to the replacements, phone not answered at all one day and a promised return call with status update did not happen.

Prompt, efficient and responsive

Our design uploaded looking a VERY different colour to what we anticipated, what we'd designed, and what we wanted as an outcome. I asked in the comment that the colour correspond to a particular Pantone (which I'd converted to RGB or CMYK, I forget and get confused by them!), and also mentioned our cut lines. The response came back promptly saying the colour had been changed and cut lines removed, and the final product is exactly what we were after. The service was also swift. We have used BrunelOne for nearly five years and will always go back to them, and recommend them. Thanks.
