Having ordered and paid for something online you would expect it to be delivered over the next few days. When it does not turn up after nearly a week ( knowing how efficient they have been in the past) I started to wonder had it been lost in the post, undelivered etc... I had to sort through into my account details and find a small email to say the 'product I had ordered was not in stock!!' well why did it take my money then?... then further to my annoyance I have requested a refund, I have had zero contact and no refund after nearly 2 weeks of making the order... Come on SoActive get your act together, I've always known you in the past to be efficient and turn refunds around quickly!!!
