I ordered two items and despite the order and card transaction going through, I was later informed the items were no longer available. The system should not have allowed the sale to go through as there was clearly a stock issue. My card was debited despite the company informing me of the stock issue. I then had the inconvience of waiting for a refund despite the order not being processed. The correspondence from the company was mediocre at best. I doubt I will be using this site in haste again.
