I found the trainers I wanted half price on here compared to everywhere else. I was sure there would be a catch... there wasn't! They arrived in a timely manner and I would definitely use Soactive again.

I returned my order which was received by Soactive on the 7th July....23 days later I'm still waiting for a refund. I sent an email, which was promptly responded to with the excuse that they have a backlog. This is good news for their bank account, bad news for mine. I emailed again asking for a date that my monies will be returned....so far no response. Doubtful I'll use this company again, as a 'backlog' is no excuse for not refunding in a repectable amount of time.

I waited and waited for my item and after a while I rang to enquire and was told it was not available. A refund was arranged but how long would I have waited if I hadn't rung?

Really like using this company. Ordering is quick and simple and the good arrived are as depicted on the web. Would definitely recommend. It would be good to see some more cycling clothing and accessories in the future.

Depuis que je connais le site (l(année dernière) je ne peux m'empêcher de commander mes affaires de sport. Je trouve le choix impressionnant et les prix plutôt intéressants! Le gros point négatif je trouve c'est que souvent je ne pouvais pas visualiser un vêtement en particulier (brassière ou bas). A chaque fois le site me marquait erreur et je devais regarder TOUS les articles sans pouvoir trier par taille ou prix. A voir si c'était un bug la dernière fois que j'ai commandé. J'espère que ce sera réglé d'ici ma prochaine commande. La livraison est vraiment rapide, la plus rapide que je n'ai jamais vu et bien suivie. Je recommande ce site très sérieux et rapide.
