So Active sale, ordered & paid for trainers I had been after for ages. Then 4/5 days later after order processed get an email to now say out of stock!! Then it's hand scored out in pen on invoice...very poor n big let down! I doubt they were out of stock when I ordered more suspect they mucked up orders n gave someone my trainers! Will take a lot to use company again!

The 23th of april I purchased in soactive a pair of NIKE Sculpt Tight Pant - Black/Black. I sent emails to soactive and nobody helped me. On june 10th I uploaded a complain in trustpilot and the 13th of the same month some people from soactive told me they were going to return my money. It´s july 1st and in I haven´t received my money back. My first complain in Trustpilot doesn´t appear in the reviews of the soactive page and I have tried to check my original complain and the server returns an error. I´m a very dissapointed customer, I still hope Trsutpilot can help me get my money back, I payed a total of £58.99 and a lot of my precios time that has no price. BEWARE CUSTOMERS SOACTIVE DIDN´T DELIVERED MY PURCHASE AND THEY STILL DON´T REFUND ME!!!! IT´S BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS!!!! THEY TOLD ME MY MONEY WAS GOING TO BE RETURNED VIA THIS WEBPAGE AND IT I STILL DONT RECEIVE IT!!!! AND IT LOOKS LIKE TRUSTPILOT ERASED THE RESPONSE AND MY CRITICS!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
