Quick delivery and free gift.

Exactly what I wanted at a great price.

Never had a problem with SoActive. Plenty of updates where your delivery is at and it always seems to arrive a lot quicker than I expect it to! On the rare occasion I have had to send something back there has never been a problem with getting a refund/exchange. With my last order I even got very nice a free drinks bottle - which was a nice surprise.

The service and product was brilliant. The product was as it was described and received it in no time and free delivery.

I bought a pair of Adidas Adios Boost trainers for a lot less than I'd paid for my first pair elsewhere. I wasn't sure whether it would turn out to be too good to be true, but they arrived in perfect condition. Factor in the free delivery, well-designed website and a customer-friendly returns policy and you've got a really good shopping experience.

The website was easy to use and had no problems buying the product I wanted. Then it was delivered within the time it said it would. Was very happy with this service.

Cannot fault SoActive at all: products are excellent, my order was picked, packed and dispatched on the day it was received, they threw in a free gift (a discontinued item) and Sophie (from Customer Services) was friendly and helpful at every opportunity. A much, much better customer experience than I had a couple of years ago (in the SheActive days): these guys really have turned the corner. Add in low prices and free (standard) delivery and their offer becomes compelling. Strongly recommended for new customers; and, if you have been let down before, its time to give them another go - they are much better now!

I bought this top for the gym I am usually size 10/12 but found the medium too big changed for the small and that was still too big ,strange!!! At least with Soactive it is easy to return at no extra cost.

No complaints about the service other than the outer box was five times larger than necessary.

Definitely recommended. Cheapest price I could find for a quality product which arrived quickly with no problems
