All I’m saying is don’t advertise free shipping international if the free shipping only applies to the United States Their site says free shipping, said nothing about what country. I went through weeks of back and forth with designs then I went to check out and got hit with the $150 shipping fee I called them and they where rude raised their voices and even accnoleged that their site was misleading yet they still wouldn’t honour their advertisement

I contacted Signature Coins after talking to other vendors. I was told by others that my idea's for our center's coin could not be done. When I talked to Signature, they laughed and said, "We got it." They are constructing my coins. John Blackwell was an amazing customer service representative that answered all my questions and i have no questions about my order or what the next steps are. Thank you John. I will not use any other vendor and will spread the word to my other agencies.

Our group is very excited about having a custom coin for our members. Both Jeff and Eli were really helpful and made the process very simple. First time designing a coin, and I was a bit nervous. These guys are awesome. They sent a couple of different mock-ups and swiftly took care of some modifications I wanted. Their design team are brilliant and the coins look great.
