I just ordered my coins so this review is solely based on the ordering process. Signature Coins has outstanding customer service! I kept revising my draft and but each time I received quick corrections and a positive attitude. All my correspondence was through email but i truly feel like i was dealing with a local' Mom & Pop' store where they know me. It was very ..... Refreshing. I haven't received my product but based on customer service and the ease of the ordering process I would highly recommend Signature Coins. I will update when I receive my coins ;)

I found the team at Signature Coins to be incredibly helpful. Turnaround time was short, the product of high quality and the team members pleasant. I made a number of revisions and they did not seem to mind. No deposit was required so I could confirm that I liked what I was purchasing before making payment. Being in Canada, the shipping costs were initially high but the team was able to work with me to find a suitable and affordable alternative.
