Just received my double layered necklace and it's beautiful. The service I received was top notch. Delivery was exc. I had my product within 24 hours of buying it. hat was imcludimg my initial being engraved on it after I made the order. The packaging was beautiful also I have to say.

There was ample staff in the shop to ensure that there was nobody waiting, I noticed that other customers were given plenty of time to view stock and the sales person that served me was very helpful with the purchase, offering me an option to get my item engraved free of charge, the packaging and presentation was beautifully done, with a guarantee and extra links for the watch included, I was confident that it would be a much loved present for my Husband and was not disappointed.
