Went into John Ross Jewellers for wedding rings and we were looked after very well. Loads of rings to choose from and lovely designs. I bought a beautiful ring there and the care they offer for my engagement ring before the big day as well is fantastic. Very happy with the variety and the staff are fab!!!!

I recently purchased a pair of earrings from Chloe in John Ross Jewellers. There was a huge selection available in all price ranges. Chloe was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on which pair of earrings to pick after showing me a beautiful selection. They were beautiful gift wrapped and I was offered a complimentary birthday card which I thought was a lovely touch. My experience in John Ross jewellers is always pleasant, the girls are all so helpful and there is a huge range of stock, I recently bought a bangle and the presentation and wrapping was so beautiful, I will definitely return 🥰

I went into the shop in Tralee over two weeks ago and discussed with the staff member about buy our wedding bands she was so helpful and showed me everything they had to offer.I told her I would return with my husband to be the following week and so I did.I dealt with a different staff member and to be brutally honest she was disguising to deal with she told one look at us and decided because we didn’t look like we could afford expensive rings she decided to show us the cheapest rings she had to offer and when my husband to be asked her had she any other rings with diamond stones on the band she told us that’s all she had at the moment.all I say is never judge a book by it’s cover and I will never put my foot inside the door of the place again.they obviously don’t want the customer,s I would have got all my bridesmaids and my own jewellery there as well as gifts for the groomsmen also.And she even tried to tell use she knew that the ring she showed us was the only ring that would suit my engagement ring.👎👎👎

My experience with Ross jewellers was positive! The item was delivered promptly and when it arrived it was gift wrapped beautifully. Also included was a lovely card with a personal message thanking me for my order. The item I ordered was beautiful and just as described online! I will definitely be using Ross Jewellers again!
