I purchased a beautiful necklace and matching bracelet online from John Ross Jewellers and I received the parcel 2 days later, inside the parcel the necklace and bracelet were wrapped separately in beautiful wrapping paper and ribbon as well as a hand written personalised card thanking me for my purchase. I bought an item online and I received a phone call the next day to say that the item was slightly marked and got offered alternatives but had a specific item I wanted within a short space of time. I received my refund very shortly afterwards. The lady I was dealing with was lovely and tried her best to accommodate me. 5 star customer service.i will definitely buy from this shop again
