Exceptional service, prompt arrival. As I had ordered these earrings during the Easter period when they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely Easter card that accompanied them. The earrings were a perfect size and admired straight away by work colleagues and friends.

Unbelievable experience! I live in Limerick, saw a ring on their website, phoned them and asked for it to be put away! This was Nov & I didn’t want the ring until March for my 50th. The lady was so accommodating, she sent me a video of the ring & put it away for me with a small deposit! I called in Feb to try it on & it was too small so, they sent it away to be sized! I collected it two weeks ago & I love it! Amazing staff, fantastic service & stunning jewellery! Will most definitely purchase from John Ross Jewellers again. Thank you. Elaine
