The process of signing up with Clever was simple. Identifying prospective realtors was also a breeze. The number of quality realtors in our area was very good.

I am not sure how I found Clever, but I was really impressed by the savings I made, a full 1% (at least) over the current, ongoing commission rate, with a full service real estate agent. With full service, I mean advertising, arranging for open houses, sign boards, professional pictures all at agent's expense etc., I was able to choose from several agents where I was given a chance to interview, personally talk to them and then make the selection. Clever sent me weekly messages, asking for any additional support, feedback and encouragement in the times for waiting. I firmly believe selling a property is much harder than buying as it entails lots of effort and dedication from the agent. I am very pleased with Clever and would highly recommend them over the known agents who take advantage and do not actively involve in making sales.
