I purchased a bag described as new but the zipper would not work. It took a very long time to receive a credit. I sent it back immediately. Also I do not like the $15 return fee now. This was waved this time. I am fearful of buying gain and receiving a defective bag.

Overall, this was a very good experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to order another handbag from Yoogi's Closet. The only reason I dinged them for one star is because of the length of time it takes to get a refund processed (2 weeks). But otherwise, I would totally trust them in terms of buying something that will definitely be authentic, and that peace of mind is no small thing in the world of luxury pre-loved shopping.
