Great experience - but watch out for return policy.

I chose Yoogi's Closet after doing resarch on most reliable places to purchase a preloved bag. I was impressed by the number of photos that were included on the website and detailed description, including the model year. The price seemed competitive. I was still apprehensive. I got the bag today and it is exactly as described. The only thing is that the colour did not really match the photos. So if you are attached to a specific colour you may want to double check with customer service before placing an order. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Having said that, I have to mention that the shipping is a problem. My shipping label was created on 8 Jan, but arrived at the global post in Seattle 5 days later, then for 7 days the package bounced around LA, to finally reach USPS! And then took another 12 days to cross to Canada and delivery. So in total it was 23 days from the day the shipping label was created. I have no problem waiting. But the return policy states: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 15 days of the order ship date". Which basically means no return! at least not with this current shipping arrangements. Yoogi's Closet customer service was very helpful, and when I raised the issue in anticipation, they said that they will put a note on my order. But I do hope that Yoogi's Closet considers : a) to just ship directly through USPS and skip the middle man (global post), b) definitely revise the return policy. The count down for return should start from the date the customer receives the package, and not when the label was created. This alone will make me hesitant to order again, even though everything else met my expectations in most positive way. Having said that, im super happy with my chloe purchase. It is perfect.
