This is my 3rd time ordering from them. I am very pleased with my purchases (louis vuitton handbags). They are so thorough with pictures and descriptions on their site. I always feel confident I am getting an authentic handbag at a great price. They take great care to package your purchase as well. Orders arrive promptly too. I highly recommend.

I’ve left many 5 star reviews but this last transaction has left me very disappointed in Yoogi’s. So much that I would like to remove every 5 star review I’ve made. Customer service is seriously lacking. The manager “Treasure” is rude and condescending. All she would say was “is there anything else I can help you with”. Simply dismissed my concerns. Talking over me not allowing me to get a word in. Asked for her supervisor and she refused to connect me. Yoogi’s — I’ve been a customer for years but you’ve just lost me. You’ve had my item for a week and now I have to wait until next week to get paid. So much for your quick two day payout. Too many other consignors happy to get my business. You need to take a hard look at who is answering your customer service calls.
