The OnLevel product, is a fantastic one - German design, easy to use and great looking! However, although I am in the minority, I did not enjoy good customer service from the supplier, Glass & Stainless. Yes, I did require shipping to Scotland but it wasn't the Moon! G & S made such hard work of shipping our items, could not tell us where they were, did not keep us informed and in the end, we sorted it ourselves! Not what I would have hoped for when spending several thousand pounds. I would recommend On Level Balustrades but there are other UK suppliers out there. I have contacted G & S so this review will not be a surprise!

I have dealt with Glass & Stainless for many years and always valued their service. We are based in a rural district of S W Wales and deliveries from them are no problem. The process of ordering is very swift and the quality of the products is very good. Although we have other glass companies closer to us we prefer to continue with G&S as our supplier.
