After losing care with Smile Direct…

After losing care with Smile Direct close to the end of my treatment, I found that I had to begin the journey to further enhance my beautiful smile all over again. So, after investigation, I found Byte and my experience from day one has been pleasant so far. I'll be back for another review a little further in my journey.

overall a great experience

people were really friendly, they communicated really well with me which i like. everything was explained really well as well. over all id recommend byte to friends and family, the price is a little expensive but worth it for all that you get!

The order arrived so quickly!

The order arrived so quickly- that was very impressive. Unfortunately, the trays were too big for my mouth, so I reached out for some smaller ones. My request was answered within hours. Maybe in the future, one of the first questions could be about the size of the person’s mouth.

Super easy and affordable!

Let me just start by saying, this was the easiest process to get started! The Byte assistant that has been in contact via text was extremely helpful and super convenient for me. With her help and access to the Byte app, I feel confident in this journey and it’s only just begun! So far, I have watched the instruction video and completed my impressions at home with no issues. My assistant even had a USPS pickup scheduled for the following morning! I’m excited for the next steps and will be following my progress on the Byte app. Thank you, Byte, for making this super easy and affordable!
