We only received aligners for the top teeth. This was not what was expected or expressed to me from Byte when purchasing the treatment. I have called multiple times and received no customer service.

Not so great thus far

So far, not a great experience. I was double billed for the impressions and now UPS sent and email they picked up the impressions and they are still sitting in my mailbox. So I'm a little concerned to move forward.

Customer Service

Customer service was great at first! As soon as I requested a modification to my aligners, I had no response. Almost as if I annoyed her as she was pushing to finalize my plan. I had to be the one reaching out, and get very dry reply. Once I approved the plan, I didnt get a call back or reply either. Other than that, I’ve had no issues so far.

The whole process was made simple from ordering to creating. Step by step instructions was amazing. Never felt more confident in getting my teeth/confidence back!

I am looking forward to having my teeth straight, but the constant emails and texts and setting up a pickup from the post office without my knowledge is entirely too much. I have asked that it stop and it still continues. Please, change this!

The process was so quick and easy. Everything went smoothly. Prices seem fair for what all you get in addition to the liners. They arrive Thursday and I can’t wait!

I didn't know before hand that I had 3 days to mail it back. I would have waited to purchase because I'm headed out of the country.

Adam, my rep from Byte. He started texting me, and emailing me informing me of everything I needed to do. He seemed excited for my daughter and the excitement felt contagious which made us motivated. Great guy, great process so far. We're looking forward to hearing the results of her impressions.
