Overall a good experience ordering from Boutique Stone. Good communication from warehouse operations. Tiles were packaged well for transport with additional protective foam and polystyrene used, which was a big relief given that all the free samples had arrived broken and not so well protected. An additional tile was placed on top of the pallet to provide solid protection on top, which I thought was a thoughtful touch and not one I’ve seen from other suppliers and I have used a few. I’ve not inspected each box yet but everything seems to be in order. Tiles look amazing and I can’t wait to get them installed!
