Did not have one of the tires I wanted. Emailed me the situation. They had input on what tire would be a good substitute, If I was not OK with it they would refund my money. All went well...

Only used the online option. It was fast and easy. Only frustration was at myself that I could not use the $10 off coupon on my purchase. Not the companies fault but my own, it was clearly labeled not qualifying item. I will shop again!

They definitely have good deals and we were thrilled to order a new board, boots, jacket, and snow pants for our son this Christmas through Erik's webiste. I bought a 2016 the works stumpjumper for my husband. Bike arrived promptly but needed repairs before even usable. I went ahead with repairs. Called customer service and was advised to send them repair costs and was refunded for this. I am very pleased with both bike and prompt refund for repairs. Thank you. Will definitely recommend.
