Picked up a 2014 Red Bianchi Intenso online. Graeme (web manager) was a big help. The bike arrived with a small scratch in frame. Graeme turned the experience into a positive by offering me compensation for the scratch that was more than fair. other notes: - Shipping of the bike was quick it only took just a week to receive it. - I looked everywhere to find this bike and only Erik's had it in stock. - Web service is amazing.. ask a question and it is answered that day. - Lots of knowledge on all the products sold. Ordered by phone. Rep was great, informative, helpful, polite, efficient although sadly I have forgotten his name. He was however excellent. Bike arrive a week later in box and derailer was tweaked which required a trip to the local bike store for a $10 repair but otherwise service was state of the art. Great job Erik's.
