Found the website easy to navigate, and they had the item I wanted in the correct size. While I found it a little cheaper elsewhere, their size selection was limited. The item was shipped quickly and I am very satisfied.

I placed an order for a helmet on 11/6, but didn't receive it until 11/21. I think that's far too long in this day and age of fast deliveries. Also, I was charged $18.56 for shipping for a box that allegedly weighed "6 lbs", but there's no way the box weighed more than 2. Definitely feel like I got taken advantage of on shipping fees and am frustrated about the incredibly slow delivery. Doubt I'll order from Erik's again!

I ordered a bike trainer 3 weeks ago and it has been lost in the system somewhere. I initially got a return call with what seemed to be concern and a promised follow up the next day. That was a week ago and I have left a msg with no return call. No one has contacted and I have refrained from posting this in hopes it would work out. Unfortunatly my next step is to contact Paypal for a refund and will have to order the item elsewhere. Not sure what else to do. My thought is that for normal simple things this company is ok but they are not in the able to handle larger purchases and issues. These type of issues happen and with the proper follow up they can be handled. When there is no communication and hundreds of dollars involved it is disheartening.
