Seems like a great bike shop... Only dealt with them online and over the phone. They were very accommodating and courteous. Four stars instead of five because the size chart that was posted on their website for the helmet I ordered was wrong and I ended up having to pay for shipping to return because it didn't fit.

I ordered a bike rack on 2 day delivery online. 4 days later not here so I call and they say we sent you an email (didn't get it) that it was out. Asked them to check around as I can still find them online; they say they will get abck to me. NO RESPONSE FOR 1 WEEK!! I call AGAIN got some one else. Yes we can get one. Will be here Friday. Nope here Tuesday. More than 3 weeks late. Graeme was apologetic and polite but come on. That's why I rated it a 2 star.
