Outstanding customer service. I purchased a bike at the warehouse summer sale. It always had some issue with the brakes fixed with minor adjustments. After 2 years brakes were completely gone and after reviewing the case they decided to substitute the damaged with new brakes at no cost for me. Drew (hope this is the right name!) was great in dealing with the technical service and was very helpful.

Absolutely no reservations about ordering from Erik's Bike shop. Arrived when they said it would in the condition they said it would. Very pleased.

I've had mixed experienced at Erik's. The service is always friendly, but I have had conflicting opinions from the bike mechanics (e.g., being told I absolutely needed a new chain ring at the end of last season because some of the teeth were worn down and then bringing it in at the beginning of this season and being told I didn't need one, but that I did need a new chain, even though I'd just had that replaced last season). Some of the maintenance / repair work has been good, others have been sloppy (e.g., the handlebar wrap). My bike performs well but I always have a bit of hesitancy about going back because of these experiences.

The customer service I received from Josh in the Leawood, KS store was wonderful. I needed to purchase some bike shoes. Josh was patience and personal. He made many suggestions that ultimately resulted in me buying a pair of shoes that I probably never would have considered without his guidance.
