I was expecting a good experience ofcourse from the airline but Ms Zade made it exceptionally well from the time i got connected to her until i boarded the flight for my flight to India on 30th Novembet 23 be it getting wheel chair assistance to arranging extra luggage booking etc. Yes others might say its her job but I guess there is thin line between doing one's job and going that extra mile for a better customer experience and the one who chose the latter always rise high.
