Right from the start I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was given so many options for travelling. I was at first sceptical that quickly changed, I received amazing service from Jade who was incredible in helping me nail down the right choice, in short Jade really showed qualities above and beyond. My husband Krishna asked the team to book tickets from UK to India for august 2024 gave the details ,dates to book on.Also which ticket to book all details were given to us via watsap and our primary communication was in watsap. They asked us to make the payment once all fixed and when we did the payment they booked tickets for the next day of the promised date. We were like what??? An immediately contacted them they said like, we cannot do anything. Is the vacation which we planned should be on their mistaken dates I don't totally get that. We called their higher authorities they said sorry we can't do anything. They just have to accept the fault and do the compensation instead of saying Sorry. Totally disappointed and hopeless for upcoming vacation dates

Jess is the best and she knows what she is doing. She is the best in this job. She has been so patient all through and gave me multiple options and finally chose the best option.
