Items arrived, I had an issue, so emailed the customer service. Got no answer, chased after a couple weeks, still no answer... Well, coldsteel got in touch after seeing my review, and have totally gone against the Consumer rights act, telling me I can't return my faulty product, I responded, and then I haven't heard back from them again... Absolutely terrible... Seriously, find another company to deal with!

I think service was wery good. The only small problem was that Norway toll customs told me they could not find the value of the package, and they want to return it if i dont get the papers in two weeks. i sendt them the document i got from you after purcase and then it was OK:) I dont know if it is possible to cooperate with Norway toll customs,, If not i should have rated 5 stars.
