Product is solid enough. But I enquired regarding the shovel handle not being treated at the tip which plugs in shovel head & asked 7 days ago if I should treat/varnish this part myself for preservation or if its deliberately not treated to allow for more flex in wood. STILL NO reply from customer service email listed on website. And I've used the shovel untreated now.
