Ordered a Canadian belt knife over the phone from this company, with a very pleasant and helpful salesman telling me it was out of stock at the moment but a shipment was due in the next week or so. Within five days to of which were the weekend I had been emailed to say it was on its way in the post This is a very professional service from a great company, I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering more from them.

I'd not dealt with this company before. I was very impressed with their efficiency in terms of keeping me informed about the processing of my order. Delivery was very quick and they use decent delivery people too - definitely not the sort to leave stuff on your doorstep when you're out (I picked up from the Post Office round the corner). Would recommend.
