Ive been using rift for 8/9 years now…

Ive been using rift for 8/9 years now and always had a great experience with them, Very easy process indeed just give them the info and they do the rest..... super quick result this year tax refund in bank in litte over a week so yet again im a very happy and chilled out customer. would i recommend? ......yes 500% cant fault them. ps You never seem to be waiting more than a few seconds before they pick up the phone and that makes a huge difference to me so will i be continuing to use rift? definately! I have no reason not to oh and the service from ben today was great... top man ben!

Poor admin and poor communication

The timelines for my tax reclaim were repeatedly extended. The likely payment date was eventually 2 months later than discussed. I was paid half of the amount calculated, owing to incorrectly input information from RIFT, meaning my postgrad loan, which is included within payslips provided, was not mentioned to HMR. I was told in early December the processing of this issue would take roughly 4 weeks. I was told the remainder of payment would be confirmed via email twice, whilst on the phone, no such email has been received. I am still awaiting the remaining payment and no emails of updates have been sent, despite 3 separate phone calls having been had where I have asked for written confirmation/ the receiver of the call, who I wont name, having offered to send an email at the end of our last call.

Rift started my claim in August 2024…

Rift started my claim in August 2024 and said it would take 2-3 weeks. I was hoping to have this money for Christmas to cover time off work fast forward to January 2025 still not received refund.
