In all honesty I wasn’t sure I’d be due anything back but thought why not, to my delight it was well over a grand. I was informed of next steps at every stage and was even informed of what to expect after the refund for the following tax year. Good company, fees at 30% but you get what you pay for and the service holds up its end of the deal. Great working with you Dennis, hopefully out paths cross again.
