I was under the standing that i could claim some money back for the agency firm processing my wages. A weekly sum was taken and i thought ya could claim that back but that wasn't added to my refund. I spoke to a rift employee about the situation two ta three times and seemed to have no idea that u could.

Unotjari was really helpful and very efficient. I was a bit “last minute” so far as getting round to my tax return, and he sorted it all for me. We had lots of emails back and forth and he kept me thoroughly updated.
