I was so excited to get the wig for a vacation I was going on what a disappointment when I got it the hair was course and looked fake my cat had better looking hair..save your money I'm sending mine back.

Wird nie bestellte Ware geliefert, aber selbst auf 25 Mails meinerseits keine korrekte Antwort resp. auch keinen kostenlosen Rückversand - angeblich begreifen die nichts. SPART EUER GELD UND SCHMEISST ES NICHT DIESEN BETRÜGERN IN DEN RACHEN !!! Keinesfalls bei diesem Shop etwas kaufen :((

I would give zero stars if I could, this is a scam company. Products are not as described and returns/refunds are like pulling teeth. Don’t waste your money.

Please be careful. This is a scam. The company claims to have shipped the items (and provided a tracking number) and then a month later told me the order was 6 weeks away from despatch. 5 requests to cancel the order and refund have been met with refusal and an offer to refund 10% then 20% then 30% and so on. TOTAL SCAM.

Ordered clip for ponytail with fake hair. The clip did not open, it was terrible, the hair color was so strange, just JUNK that doesn’t work. Adds for product look great but another company out of China. So many Chinese company trying to look like American companies… don’t be taken in by them!

Purchased the wrap around ponytail, nothing like the advertisement. I received a tangled up mess that looks so fake, hair is shiny to the point of looking like plastic, absolutely horrible . I will never deal with them again and the ponytail and my money are now in the bin. What a rip off. !!!!!!! Don't buy from this seller. 🤬
