This company will not do returns or refunds. I emailed them and they tried to give me a coupon instead of sending me the address so I could return the hair. The hair was too thick and too short but I never used it. I would find another company for hair.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGY….. their color charts are way off. Two of the pieces I received smell horrible. They will not send you a return shipping label. The postage to China is outrages. They offer you a per cent of your cost for a refund. A BIG RIP OFF. There is nothing good about this company. I am sure the comments you read on Facebook are all fake!

Poor service, when I rejected the pieces sent color wrong they offered 30% of my money back If I paid for the return shipping. complete Garbage. Buyer beware

The wig you sent is totally the wrong color. I ordered a light Auburn and what you sent is white and gunmetal gray. It's not been taken out of its packaging. How do I return it?

I ordered two wigs and neither one worked. I have been trying to return and they insist I send to China which is ridiculous as this would cost more than wig is worth. My advise is this is a scam operation they send inferior wigs. And then make it impossible to return. Save your money and buy American.
