Shopping with BUDK for the last 3 years, has been a delight for a guy that collects just random merch that looks awesome. Easy to order, great customer service if needed and great communication factor, which is most important. Only thing i wish they had, was coupons for returning customers.

M48 Lightning Strike…

EDIT 3/25/24: After almost three months, I was contacted by BUDK and offered options to resolve this issue. I chose a refund. Thank you BUDK Customer Service! EDIT: As of 2/14/24, I'm still awaiting word from BUDK Customer Service, although I'm not holding my breath. I purchased a M48 Lightning Strike Automatic knife 10/23/23. Most of the time the knife remained in my truck. The knife was dropped 12/21/23 and rendered completely inoperable. I was unable to contact BUDK until 12/31/23, eight days after the 60-day warranty expired, and was told nothing could be done to rectify the situation. I am now the proud owner of what amounts to a $90 paperweight. Therefore, I rate the experience 0 out of 5. Poor support to go along with a poor product.
