Great delivery time, always good and reliable products that hold up to daily use. They have something for everyone and I personally haven't had any problems with anything I've ordered. Been buying from them for years and intend to continue doing so and recommending them to anyone.

I purchased a combat cleaver and it is poorly machined and uncomfortable to hold in my hand. The brass knuckle style hand grip is poorly machined and has sharp edges which makes this heavy cleaver hard to hold. Made up my mind I would send it back because of the poor craftsmanship in this cleaver and when I called about a return label I was told I had to pay the return postage. I have purchased a a lot of items from Budk and this is the first one I didn't think was worth the money to keep. But now it is costing me money to get rid of it!

Knife I ordered is of GREAT quality, especially for an auto folder. Workmanship and quality of materials are outstanding as well as functionality of knife. BUDK out did themselves on this one. Got more than my money's worth. Thanks BUDK.

I received my order which was extremely damaged during shipment. I contacted BUDK and you responded quickly, then no more responses at all. I still have damaged merchandise and no indication from you on what to do to correct the situation.

The knife came in a box with the end opened and taped back down. No paperwork was in the box, and it actually smelled terrible. I got the knife out of the box which smelled like gasoline. The knife will not close after it was opened up so therefore cannot be sent back with a big pocketknife like that through the mail or anywhere else. Very disappointed in your product. I don't know how anyone would send out a product that is in such poor condition.

Almost every item that I've received has had no issues and they usually arrive within a two to three week time span. They are a great company as far as I'm concerned and if there are any questions their customer service does their best to answer them. The date given isn't the exact date since I can't remember it.
