Upon taking it out of the box, three decorative pieces had fallen off and were stuck to the plastic bag they came in. For the price, I expected better quality.

Wish I could give them 0 stars! Just hung up with Melin'duh at BudK - what a nightmare of customer service! The bottom line - I never did receive the knife that I ordered, but they did send me the small $4 sharpener that I had ordered at the same time & charged me $15 to mail it to me. When I contacted them they refused to offer me a refund of my money. If you order from them, I hope you have better luck than I did! ==> Reply to BudK response... It's amazing how pleasant and responsive you are now, now that you're faced with hundreds of potential customers reading about my horribly negative experience with your company. Your customer service supervisor was neither responsive nor pleasant when I contacted BudK. I've provided you with the order information you requested via TrustPilot. But let me be clear, I have no interest in doing any further business with BudK, not now nor in the future. You already had a chance to make things right when I called originally. Please don't try and pretend that you're going to make everything all right now - you're too late.

Great company to deal with

Shipping was very quick but the knife was just not in good condition. It was dirty and scuffed up.

The Trump knife is beautiful. It was a gift for my husband. He likes it very much and it will be displayed with his collection. I thought the delivery was a bit slow with USPS, so that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Products were great. Had to basically beg them to allow me to spend 3 grand on them though. Had to call five days in a row to continuously have my order approved and checked on and then fixed then repurchased and then checked on. Other than that I'm very satisfied.
