I haven't received item. Budk is telling me they're looking into it do hopefully they can resend my package and all will be well!

TO MUCH trouble fulfilling my order. Have never recv'd. Will not be back

I ordered this knife from Budk I made a YouTube video of it, but after I washed it with mild soap and water therefore all of these grind marks showed up so I sent it back to Budk for an exchange. They sent the replacement and it has scratch marks on the blade and it also had hair pores in the blade , that steel should have been re melted but it was made in China and China don't waste anything if the metal is bad they will use it anyway. So I sent it back to Budk, Budk has a 3 return replacement policy but they told me that they was gonna give me a full refund because they said that they was sending them all back to the manufacturer because they are all bad... ( That was their reason to only give me a refund Yeah right) but they are still selling them. So Budk didn't give me a 3 return chance, and that knife is to pricey to have those flaws on it for display so far I'm done with buying from Budk. I really liked the knife but Budk didn't honor their 3 replacement agreement they only gave me one replacement.... WOW 😳

Ordered a couple of masks. One arrived defective. I let them know and they made it right by sending me a replacement. I will order from them again.

When package shipment went a little bit slow the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The knives are snappy no wobble no rub clean and sharp. Very minimal gaps. I'm pleasantly surprised as a rough rider collector. My only other kissing crane is an old Solingen peice.
