We have been using ExaVault since 2008 and have zero problems with setup and use. Now that ExaVault is using HTML5 for file upload/download as opposed to the older JavaScript applet things are much simpler for our clients. File size up to 4TB, logging of upload/download activity by user login and IP address, easily shared files via a direct link, share links with time limits all make my life easier. Only minor complaint would be that the ability to bulk-create users is missing, but that need doesn't come up for us very often. Overall a very good product at an exceptional price.

We've used a bunch of different sharing tools and Exavault is the one we've stuck with - the whole (very critical) team here can't be wrong! They would drop it like a stone if it held up workflow. Good, varied functionality - great that the old applet uploader thing was dropped in favour of the current setup - glitch free and in the one instance we've had a glitch, it's been handled really well. Some who have company security policy that won't allow js or poor browser setup struggle accessing but.

We've been using Exavault for a few months now to assist in secure file transfer between ourselves and some project partners. This site was easy for our IS engineers to configure to our branding and requirements. Our partners have found the system simple to use with very little support from us, which has been a pleasant surprise. We will certainly continue to use Exavault for this purpose.

We use a combination of exavault and a few other file transfer services. We have had a lot of experiences with other services like wetransfer or yousendit periodically becoming very very slow. Exavault is consistently fast. As a plus, the web interface has improved a great deal over the past couple years so this service is appropriate for sharing with users who are not technical enough to use an FTP client.

Our company has been using ExaVault for the past 4 months; we were using another service but determined a change was needed. ExaVault has worked great for sending links to our customers/vendors for downloading large files. We also have used a feature where customers can upload files to a folder that you create and make available to them thru ExaVault. Overall we are very pleased with ExaVault.
