This is the best FTP service that we have been able to find that is the most cost effective! The bandwidth is unlimited which is very important to the application that we are using the service for. I was shocked at the high level of technical support that ExaVault offered to our account when we were having just the slightest of issues while using our FTP client to connect to their service. They called me personally within 6 hours of us opening a ticket and then continued to follow up with us consistently via email over the next 3 business days to make sure that everything was right. I would recommend ExaVault to anyone because of how affordable the service and everything that you can do with it. If technical support and standing by their product is something that you are worried about, DON'T BE!!! These guys are excellent!

We have used Exavault for data storage and transmission for a number of years. Reliability has always been good - our data is there when we need it, and upload and download speeds have always been brisk. The use of the FTP service for file transmission has made communication between ourselves and our clients much easier as file sizes have grown over the years making past means of transmission (emails/CDs/Zip Disks) ungainly in comparison.

Good service, good reliability, no problem ! We just experience slow uploads and downloads for large files, maybe because we are in Europe ? Faster would be better ...
