Trans-fare was about 1hr. Security in was ok. Our driver was waiting for us . Just avoid the guys who want to carry your bags. We stayed half board with the option to pay extra off menu. No drink were included so more extra. Wine £10-12 per glass , beer about the same. even a virgin cocktail was £11.00 On arrival the resort staff were amazing. From checking in, to housekeeping it was spot on. The food was devein at each restaurant( best was the golf club one in the evenings). We tried most of them . The room was ok furniture a bit dated but fine. The problem was we were overlooking the children's pool! Having been specific and asked not to be located in a noise area, with lifts or family's. It was supposed to be a garden view to a point! As it was a late check in we deiced to not fuss to much ( wish we had ). We are slightly senior, play golf and have no desire to hear children playing, screaming and have a fab time on THEIR own holidays. Also we were lead to believe it was an Adult resort. No it was not! Meal times were very Disney world , drinking at the bar, Disney, in-fact the only place you got a brake was the Casino ( very , very smokey you need Moroccan money for) and the golf course. Smoking was every were except the Buffet restraint. They had smoking waiting areas. Also children were allowed to run wild in and out of the bar area so you had no place to actually relax apart from you room at night when the pool was closed. The golf was excellent. Course was not to difficult and the staff were amazing. A cart worked out about 25.00 per day and we had 1 set of club hire at £30.00 per day. Range balls included, water also included. There was some rough that you really needed to avoid as it just ate the ball never to be seen again. The resort had lots, and lots to do during the day but very little in the evenings. We never went to the spa but it looked great as did the gym both located near to the golf club. Everything was 40% more difficult that the UK. No shops or a store to speak of. Just clothes etc. Nor did we venture out of the resort . Having said that we did speak with 2 other English golfers. Thy said the town was like many in Morocco. So we did not bother. We were hoping to spend Christmas and new year there with friends. Not any more not a chance. As listed below. 1. To many Children 2. No in house store for , buying small items like, sweets, cold drinks or general stuff. 3. Passive Smoking is not controlled 4. No quiet locations for adults only to have a relaxing drink 5. A bit mean for a 5 star with no coffee machine and only cheep tea and coffee in the rooms. No milk provided either and no shop to buy any. 6. Departure was the very worst Morocco nightmare we have endured traveling from any country we have every departed from including Miami. Arrived 09am for a 12:20 departure. Checked bags in eventually after 35mins ( great staff at the check in ). No one else was waiting they had to arrange for the golf bag to go somewhere else. We waited 30mins for a man to take us when we could have gone on our own no one else was even waiting at oversize bag section!!!.Then Security!!!! 2hrs 5min later we were through. It was an absolute total absolute shower of stress! So many checks. We had 10mins in duty free then boarding.The planes are dated beyond dated. Seats broken and not clean( what happened to cleaning?) staff on the flight back had no patients or time for you. if you asked questions about food or drink. The younger ones were quite rude. 7. Would we ever go back again ? No never. If you are a family great! but returning home is not for the disabled or well traveled human being as a group , with children , of a senior age and uses to things running a little more organised.

Excellent hotel and service . Large comfortable room and clean, quiet swimming pools. Restaurants were super. Elegant Golf resorts were friendly and efficient and I would recommend booking through this company

The Elegant team were efficient and quick with all booking information and options available to us , we changed dates and tee times a few times and our requirements, nothing too much trouble . All 4 courses at Costa Navarino were a joy to play , all beautifully prepared conditions.

Elegant Golf Resorts organised an excellent golf society trip for me to Le Touquet. The Westminster hotel which they recommended was perfect, close to the centre of town and the courses. The refurbishment over recent years, makes this undoubtedly the best hotel in Le Touquet. Always fun to play the courses and La Mer is a true test and a Harry Colt classic. Many thanks to Jakub and Catherine from EGR, who dealt with the constant changes to our booking with professionalism and good humour. I would thoroughly recommend using EGR for you golf trips.

We recently booked a last minute golf trip to La Cala Golf Resort in Spain. Jakub who had last year arranged a Portugal trip for us sent me 5 options. La Cala seemed the best value and we travelled 4 days later. Everything went like clockwork. Our hotel transfers were prompt and met all our expectations. The resort itself is fantastic with three fantastic courses. Highly recommended and made for a wonderful week of golf and relaxation.

From start to finish Elegant Golf Resorts were there. It was our first experience of an actual planned golf break and will certainly not be our last. We loved the speedy boarding, extra legroom seats and daytime flights, all as we had asked for. Once at the resort, there were private transfers arranged for everything we were planned to. Nothing was too much for Elegant resorts. Fantastic.

The Rommanos is a splendid venue for a golfing holiday. There are four fabulous courses on site which were in perfect condition. The service from everyone in the hotel itself and the golf courses was excellent and could not be bettered. I only wish their quality could have been replicated in my golf !!
