I just wanted you to know that we had a fabulous time in Jerez. The Montecastillo hotel is very good and the course is excellent, challenging and in great condition. The staff there are exceptional and the front desk could not do enough to help. Sherry Golf was also very appealing and certainly challenging, reminiscent of a links course. It also has a nice clubhouse and good food at very reasonable prices. Costa Ballena is possibly the most boring flat up and down course I’ve ever played and needless to say I played very badly there! I was really impressed that all the transfers were on time with nice drivers and clean vehicles. Overall great service from you thank you.

The booking of the holiday was dealt with efficiently- the booking confirmation and attention to the details sent out however was not. It took 3 attempts to rectify the situation and a call to aftersales to rectify the problem.
