Excellent customer service

The lady I dealt with, Breanne, is a well organised and very helpful representative who stayed on top of everything sorting a replacement trip last year when COVID came into play and the rearranging the trip for this year.

We have used Elegant golf for many of our golf trips and have always had excellent service. We had our wedding in Marbella and majority of our guests were golfers. Breanne was brilliant helping to organise our guests stays and our golf day at La Quinta. We can’t thank her enough for all her efforts and professionalism with what really must of been a huge headache at times! We have continued to deal with Breanne for all of our trips since. She is fantastic and an absolute asset to EGR.
